Chef Leo has participated in Catelli’s Help Us Feed Hope Campaign.
Chef Leo contributed a recipe to their digital cookbook. The cookbook is featured on Catelli’s facebook page. For every share the cookbook or a recipe gets Catelli will donate a serving of pasta to a food bank.

The first ever Regina Wine & Spirits Gala was held at the Conexus Arts Centre on October 17 and 18 2013. Chef Leo prepared a delicious array of appetizers to be paired with the wine samples presented at the event.

The Conexus Arts Centre has participated in the Great Saskatchewan Mustard Festival this year. The Great Saskatchewan Mustard Festival took place on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at The Willow on Wascana. Chef Leo wanted to provide a taste of what the Conexus Arts Centre brought to the festival.

Chef Leo has been selected to compete in the 2013 Gold Medal Plates competition which will be held at the Conexus Arts Centre on Friday, November 1, 2013.

Congratulations Chef Leo on winning a silver medal at this year's Gold Medal Plates. Chef Leo served Organic Sweet Apple Cider Braised Sturgeon Valley Berkshire Pork Belly, on an apple sun choke mash with Birch Syrup glaze, and a Jerusalem Artichoke Crisp served with Wood smoke a la minute’. Chef Leo's dish was only one and a half points away from winning Gold. We are proud and honored to call this talented Chef our own here at the Conexus Arts Centre.
