Congratulations Chef Leo on winning a silver medal at this year's Gold Medal Plates. Chef Leo served Organic Sweet Apple Cider Braised Sturgeon Valley Berkshire Pork Belly, on an apple sun choke mash with Birch Syrup glaze, and a Jerusalem Artichoke Crisp served with Wood smoke a la minute’. Chef Leo's dish was only one and a half points away from winning Gold. We are proud and honored to call this talented Chef our own here at the Conexus Arts Centre.
