If you purchase tickets from a non-official site or phone number, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of the tickets, nor can we provide a refund or any compensation for these orders.
Purchasing tickets from non official methods means you are buying from a ticket broker - someone who purchase tickets from the Theatre and resells them at a different price. Ticket brokers will create similar, realistic websites to sell their tickets, and sell you tickets at inflated prices, or tickets are advertised at a special rate and purchased with a stolen credit card. In either case, the Conexus Arts Centre is unable to issue the customer a refund, because the Theatre did not receive the customer's money.
