• Festival runs rain or shine – tickets are non-refundable.

• Weekend wristband is non-transferable. Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon arrival. Wristbands are non-transferable. Patrons will not be allowed to re-enter if wristbands have been removed.

• ​Professional cameras and recording devices are not allowed.

• The festival venue is a non-smoking venue, except in the assigned designated smoking area.

• No outside food & beverage allowed, onsite concessions and bars are available. 1 litre of sealed, bottled water per patron is permitted.

• No public nudity or lewd conduct will be tolerated, if in violation, you will be removed from the festival site.

• ATMS are located within the front entrance of Conexus Arts Centre.

• No pets allowed except for service animals.

• Lawn chairs are allowed, bring your own seating as seating is not provided or available for rent.

• No weapons and fireworks allowed.

• Gang colours are not permitted on festival grounds​.

• Shake the Lake reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at our discretion.

• All patrons are subject to being searched as a condition of entry.

• Lost tickets are the responsibility of the patron and will not be replaced or refunded. This includes tickets that are damaged, stolen, or misplaced.

• Parking will be limited for event. Please plan ahead to ensure you get here and get home safe – car pool, have a designated driver, take a taxi, or use public transportation. ​

• Backpacks, large purses, and lawn chairs will be searched.
