VACCINE MANDATE & MASK INFORMATION:

 

February 14, 2022: We are working with our artists and promoters to determine the best and safest path forward for all involved.

Ticket holders will be notified if there are any changes to the restrictions that will be in effect for the event they are attending. 

At this time, the following events do not require masking, proof of vaccination or a negative test: Taste of Spring 2022, Dr. Jordan B. Peterson: Beyond Order, Legally Blonde the Musical (masks still required for Legally Blonde), and WAR On The Catwalk.

MASKING:

  • As of September 17, 2021, all patrons and staff will need to wear a mask while inside our facility. Children under the age of two are exempt from wearing a mask.

  • Masks should be worn at all times, with the exception of when a patron is sitting while actively eating or drinking. 

VACCINATION:

  1. Two doses of Moderna (Spikevax, mRNA-1273)

  2. Two doses of Pfizer BioNTech (Comirnaty, tozinameran, BNT162b2)

  3. Two doses of Astrazeneca/Covishield (ChAdOx1-S, Vaxzevria, AZD1222)

  4. One dose of Johnson & Johnson/Janssen vaccine (Ad26.COV2.S)

  5. Two doses of Sinopharm: BBIBP-CorV 

  6. Two doses of Sinovac (CoronaVac, PiCoVacc)

  7. Two doses of Bharat Biotech (Covaxin, BBV152 A, B, C)

ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF VACCINATION: 

  1. Wallet card or earlier version of your MySaskHealthRecord COVID-19 vaccine certificate.

  2. COVID-19 vaccine printout from Saskatchewan Health Authority Public Health.

  3. A printed copy of your MySaskHealthRecord (MSHR) vaccine certificate (with or without a QR code)

  4. A screenshot of your MSHR vaccine certificate (with or without a QR code) saved to your device

  5. An earlier version of your MSHR COVID-19 vaccine certificate

  6. A COVID-19 vaccine printout from Saskatchewan Health Authority Public Health

  7. A QR code/MySaskHealthRecord vaccine certificate uploaded to SK Vax Wallet

YOUTH REQUIREMENTS:

  • Patrons 12 to 17 years of age need to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of a negative COVID-19 test. They also need to show ID, unless they're accompanied by an adult who has proof of vaccination or a negative test and ID.

  • A youth who doesn't have a photo ID will be allowed to show other forms of government issued identification, such as a birth certificate or health services card.

  • Children 11 years old or less are not required to be vaccinated.

NEGATIVE TESTS:

  • FOR RSO PATRONS: If it is not possible for you to be vaccinated for medical reasons, it is required that you provide proof of a rapid antigen negative test administered no later than 24 hours prior to the performance you attend, or a PCR test completed within 72 hours prior to your concert. A list of acceptable companies is available here. Your test results must show your name, and dates of the tests. Patrons also need to bring ID matching the name on their test results.   

  • FOR BLUE RODEO PATRONS: Negative covid tests will not be accepted for entry to this event. Patrons will need to be fully vaccinated. 

  • FOR COME FROM AWAY PATRONS: Guests who cannot be vaccinated due to a legitimate medical condition or other applicable exemption must provide a letter of exemption and proof of a negative privately-paid test result from a sample that is taken within the prior 72 hours. Self-administered at-home tests will not be accepted.​ We’ll accept a negative rapid antigen test from a government approved third party company. A list of acceptable companies is available here. Your test results must show your name, and dates of the tests. Patrons also need to bring ID matching the name on their test results.

  • FOR GLOBE THEATRE PATRONS: Negative covid tests will not be accepted for entry to this event. Patrons will need to be fully vaccinated. 

  • FOR ALL OTHER EVENTS:

  1. If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination, proof of a negative COVID-19 test from 48 hours prior to the event will also be accepted for entry.

  2. We’ll accept a negative rapid antigen test from a government approved third party company. A list of acceptable companies is available here. Your test results must show your name, and dates of the tests. Patrons also need to bring ID matching the name on their test results. 

SYMPTOM-FREE POLICY:

  • Patrons who experience symptoms of COVID-19, the flu or a cold should not enter the venue. If you or any household members have any symptoms of COVID-19, you should remain at home and plan to get tested as soon as possible.

  • We ask that you take the Saskatchewan Government self-assessment before arrival.  

  • Below applies to tickets purchased through The Conexus Arts Centre Box Office:

Due to the uncertainty related to the COVID-19 pandemic, your tickets and your admission to the event are subject to all safety and health policies put in place by the event organizers, which include the fan health promise set forth below. You acknowledge that due to the evolving nature of the pandemic, the event organizer may continue to develop and update these policies in the intervening time between your purchase and the event date. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and agree that you will comply with such policies and your attendance at the event is conditioned on such compliance. If your admission to the event is denied or revoked because you have willfully failed or refused to comply with any such safety and health policies of the event organizers, you will not be eligible for a refund.

FAN HEALTH PROMISE:

You agree that neither you, nor anyone in your party, will attend any event if any one or more of the following is true on the day of such event:

  1. Within the prior 5 days, you have (or any person in your party has) tested positive for COVID-19;  

  2. Within the prior 48 hours, you have (or any person in your party has) experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., a fever of 100.4⁰F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by Saskatchewan Health)
